Personal Agent Protocol in the press
Coverage so far splits two ways. Business outlets lead with Meta, Muse and Amazon. Analysts keep landing on the same point: a standard announced without a spec, and without OpenAI, Google or Amazon, is still a proposal.
We list pieces that add something: an interview, a partner detail, a real comparison. A lot of the early write-ups are rewrites of Sierra's post, and those aren't here.

The quotes people keep repeating
"It is kind of chaos until such a standard exists." Bret Taylor, Sierra, to CNBC
Meta's David Singleton compared PAP to email to CNBC: it works because it's a standard everyone can use. Taylor, who also chairs OpenAI's board, said he'd be "really disappointed" if competitors didn't adopt it.
